What "unlimited" means

no caps on what you build.

You build as many workflows, policies, and portals as you need. We don't meter you on workflow requests, charge per policy or number of client portals. Configuring templates to match your specific business processes is delivered by our Professional Services team — most customers use the PS hours included in their implementation package, plus an additional bundle if their processes are complex.

Our platform imposes no caps on the number of workflows, policies, or guest portals you can create. You build as many as you need; we don't meter you on workflow executions or charge per policy. Configuring new workflows, custom policies, or branded portals is delivered by our Professional Services team on a separate engagement.

Standard support covers break/fix issues — bugs, errors, login problems, platform outages. Building new workflows, modifying configurations, and creating new portals are Professional Services engagements, not support tickets. We'll route any build request to our PS team automatically.

On the day we provision your tenant — not at go-live. Implementation runs in parallel with your subscription. This is standard for SaaS document management platforms.

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time — we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your contract term, and the new tier takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal rather than mid-term. If your team is shrinking, let your account manager know ahead of renewal and we'll right-size your plan for the next term.

Named users only. Each internal user is licensed individually.

Your data and storage are governed by your existing Microsoft 365 subscription. We don't charge separately for storage.

Custom integrations are delivered by our Professional Services team. We'll scope the work upfront and quote it as either a fixed-fee project or a time-and-materials engagement.

A single subscription supports single M365 tenant with multiple companies within them. Your total internal user count is what determines your tier.

Wire transfer is our primary method today. For credit card payments, we encourage you to purchase through Microsoft Market Place.

We don't offer a self-serve free trial — Titan Workspace is configured against your Microsoft 365 tenant, so we run guided pilots instead. Book a demo and we'll set one up.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. We'll send a renewal notice 60 days out.

No. Unlimited workflows means the platform allows your organization to create and run workflows without per-workflow licensing charges. Workflow creation by Titan is a professional service and is billed separately.

Titan Workspace places no limit on guest users or guest portals — both are unlimited under your subscription, and only your internal users count toward your tier. The one thing to be aware of is that guest users are provisioned through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) B2B, so the practical ceiling on how many external guests your tenant can hold is governed by your own Microsoft 365 guest-access policies and limits — not by Titan. In short: we don't cap your guests; your Microsoft tenant configuration might cap it.
